Please Note :

  1. Eligibility to get Gratuity Payment - Mimimum 5 years of service.
  2. Years of Service for gratuity calculation - The number of years of service are rounded off to the nearest integer. It means if you have completed 6 years 6 months 10 days in the service, the length of service for gratuity calculation would be 7 years. Like wise service more than 4 years 6 months, the length of service for gratuity calculation would be 5 years.
  3. Death Gratuity payment Calculation - In the first row of the calculator select Death Gratuity against gratuity payment and if servcie period is less than one year select 'Yes' and the calculator will display "Service Less Than One Year" and in case service is one year or more than one year select 'No' and enter number of completed year of service as above point 2. (e.g. if service of the employee unfortunately expired is 2 years and 7 months the completed year of service for the purpose of gratuity calculation is 3 years.)
