Once upon a time there lived a frog in a place called Dibri Garh. It was a very met and muddy place. The frog used to croak all night from his hole under the tree. His voice was harsh and unpleasant. All the birds and beasts of the place hated his singing but they felt helpless. They could not restrain him from croaking.
The frog was a thick skinned, shameless and obstinate creature. No amount of public hooting or requests or stone throwing could stop him from expressing his joy through his loud noise.
